West District Deputy Commissioner Shehryar Gul Memon addressed the inauguration ceremony and mentioned that the divisional and district administration will provide all the necessary assistance to schools to encourage quality education for girls.
In collaboration with Concern Worldwide, Thar Deep will solarize the following educational institutes.

The Deputy Commissioner also remarked on the reasonable efforts of the Thar Deep Rural Development Program. The installation of solar panels at Benazir District Schools Sakrand and Qazi Ahmad would resolve the electricity load-shedding issue these educational institutions face.

The opening ceremony was joined by Assistant Commissioner Sakrand Rashid Ali, BDS Sakrand Principal Musarat, BDS Qazi Ahmad, Principal Shabnam Dahrijo, District Coordinator Thar Deep Ameer Maznani, teachers and students.
Thar Deep Rural Development Program is actively working for social causes in the underdeveloped remote areas of Sindh, Pakistan. TRDP is actively working in 14 districts of Sindh, intending to fight poverty and facilitate rural areas with the best of the best amenities. The welfare organization has five focused areas; Thar Deep has focused on five critical areas of social work: sustainable livelihoods and poverty graduation, elementary education, particularly for girls, mother and child health, food security and nutrition improvement, disaster preparedness, management, and water and sanitation initiatives.
