What are the various types of new energy vehicle charging stations?

       1. It is divided into vertical charging pile and wall mounted charging pile based on installation conditions.

　　Vertical charging piles do not need to be against the wall, making them suitable for outdoor or residential parking Spaces, whereas wall-mounted charging piles must be fixed to the wall, making them suitable for indoor and underground parking Spaces.

　　2. It is divided into three categories based on the service object: public charging pile, charging pile, and self-use charging pile.

　　This is just a distinction of the use of charging piles, and the roles of charging piles of different service objects can be reversed.  Public charging piles and other institutions with the nature of public services, the service target for any electric vehicle owners, such as public parking lots.  Charging piles are mostly built for enterprises, serving customers and internal personnel, such as parking lots in shopping malls.  Self-use charging pile is private charging pile, installed in the private field, not open to the public.

　　3. It is classified into two types based on the installation location: indoor charging piles and outdoor charging piles.

　　The protection level of indoor charging pile should be at least IP32. while the protection level of outdoor charging pile should be faced with the harsh environment of wind and rain, and better insulation and lightning protection conditions are required. The protection level of indoor charging pile should be at least IP54 to ensure personal safety, body safety and charging equipment safety.

　　4. It is divided into two piles based on the number of charging interfaces: one charging pile and one multi-charging pile.

　　At present, the charging pile on the market is mainly a pile and a charging type. In such a large parking lot as the bus parking lot, multiple charging piles are needed to support multiple electric vehicles charging synchronously, which not only speeds up the charging efficiency, but also saves labor.

　　5. There are two types of charging piles: AC charging piles and DC charging piles.

　　Ac charging piles typically have a low current, a small pile body, a flexible installation, and a charge time of 6-8 hours. They are most commonly used in public parking lots, large shopping centers, and community garages for small passenger electric vehicles. Household charging piles are mostly AC charging piles as well. DC charging piles, on the other hand, typically have a high current, a larger charging amount in a short period of time, a larger pile body, and a larger occupied area (heat dissipation). The DC charging pile is ideal for charging electric buses, Pakistan buses, hybrid buses, electric cars, taxis, engineering vehicles, and so on.
